Telehealth Services 

Wellness Era Health provides telehealth services delivered by licensed healthcare professionals. All services are provided remotely and do not involve in-person visits. 

By using our services, you consent to receive care via telehealth technology. 

No Emergency Services 

Our services are not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate medical attention. 

Medical Evaluation & Provider Discretion 

All medical services are provided at the discretion of a licensed healthcare provider. Submission of information through our platform does NOT guarantee: 

• Diagnosis 

• Treatment 

• Prescription 

• Ongoing care 

Providers determine whether treatment is medically appropriate based on a clinical evaluation. 

Eligibility 

Services are available only to individuals located in states where our providers are licensed to practice. 

By using our services, you confirm that: 

• You are at least 18 years old 

• You are located in a state where we operate 

Treatment & Prescriptions 

Any medications or therapies are prescribed only if deemed medically appropriate by a licensed provider. 

Prescriptions, if issued, are fulfilled by licensed partner pharmacies in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Payment & Fees 

Wellness Era Health operates on a self-pay basis. We do not accept or bill insurance. 

By using our services, you agree to: 

• Pay all applicable fees at the time of service 

• Provide accurate billing information 

All pricing is presented prior to purchase. 

Refund Policy 

Due to the nature of medical services: 

• Consultations are generally non-refundable once completed 

• Products and medications may not be returned once dispensed 

Exceptions may be made at our discretion. 

User Responsibilities 

You agree to: 

• Provide accurate and complete medical information 

• Keep your account information secure 

• Use services only for lawful purposes 

Limitations of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wellness Era Health is not liable for: 

• Indirect or incidental damages 

• Outcomes related to treatment decisions 

• Issues arising from failure to provide accurate information 

Medical decisions are made by licensed providers and are based on available information at the time of evaluation. 

Privacy 

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
