Our Journey
Wellness Era Health was developed from real world experience navigating the healthcare system and recognizing the importance of improving access to care. This sparked a simple idea: access to care should be easier, more affordable, and centered around the individual. Our goal is to provide structured, physician led care that easily allows patients to engage in their health through a secure and convenient platform. All services are delivered through telehealth, with treatment decisions made by licensed providers based on individual clinical evaluations.
Our Team of Medical Professionals
Wellness Era Health is supported by a team of licensed healthcare professionals dedicated to delivering high quality, patient centered care. Clinical services are provided under the oversight of our board certified Medical Director, and operations led by our Lead Physician Assistant, Nazifa Khan, PA, along with additional clinical support staff.
Our clinical team works collaboratively to ensure that all treatment plans are developed through appropriate medical evaluation and in accordance with established standards of care. Each patient receives individualized attention, with a focus on safety, clinical appropriateness, and ongoing provider oversight.
